| Responsibilities: |
| Technical Director of Architecture is the premier person responsible for architectural technology. The Director will handle the technical management and make final approval for the depth of design documents, quality of design drawings and executive of design specifications. The Director will assist in maintaining strong client relationships; manage the daily activities of the architecture department while cultivating the talents and potential of our architecture team. |
| Qualifications: |
 |
Bachelor’s degree or above in Architecture; |
|
Extensive work experience of construction design and construction support; |
|
Minimum 15 years of architectural experience, having played a significant lead role in large-scale projects independently; thorough technical knowledge and understanding of national building codes and standard architectural practices; |
|
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, 3D Max, Sketch-Up, Microsoft Office, etc. is important; |
|
Class A registered architect is preferred; strong Mandarin-English communication skills and proficiency in technical terms in English (oral and written) are preferred; working in an international firm and/or oversea education experience is preferred. |
